Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of naviteqmarine.com and any purchase you make from Naviteq Marine, a trade name of A&A Worldwide Supplies LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to describe products accurately, but manufacturer specifications, packaging and part numbers may change; the manufacturer's current documentation governs.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the goods. We may decline or limit any order, including orders that appear to be for resale in violation of a manufacturer's distribution policy, or that we cannot verify.
4. Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. through its hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. Approved business accounts may be offered other terms in writing.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged where required by law. Tax-exempt and resale customers must provide a valid exemption or resale certificate before ordering; we cannot refund tax after the fact without one on file.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
7. Returns
Returns are handled under our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty only. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use of a vessel, haul-out costs or lost income.
10. Proper Installation
Marine electrical, fuel, steering and safety components must be selected and installed by a qualified marine technician in accordance with ABYC, USCG and manufacturer requirements. You are responsible for confirming that a part is correct for your application before installing it.
11. Intellectual Property
Manufacturer names, part numbers, trademarks and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used here for product identification only. Their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation beyond the sale of genuine products.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
